📦 DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery in Europe takes between 6 and 10 business days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking email upon shipment.
Is delivery really free? Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €60. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your country.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
💳 PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Alma for installment payments.
Are payments secure? Absolutely. All payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal, the most secure platforms on the market. Your banking data is never stored on our site.
Can I pay in installments? Yes! We offer 3 interest-free installments via Klarna and Alma. Available for purchases over €60.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a product? Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@iveaparis.com to initiate the return.
How do I initiate a return? Send us an email at contact@iveaparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
How long will it take to get my refund? The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your return, to your original payment method.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do? Contact us immediately at contact@iveaparis.com with photos of the damaged product. We will send you a free replacement as soon as possible.
💡 PRODUCTS
Are the products suitable for all skin types? Yes. The LED mask, Gua Sha, and Ice Globes are suitable for all skin types — including sensitive skin. If in doubt, consult a dermatologist before use.
Is the LED mask safe for eyes? The LED Pro 7 mask is equipped with a protective filter for the eyes. However, we recommend closing your eyes during use as a precautionary measure.
How many times a week should I use the LED mask? We recommend using it 3 to 5 times a week, 10 minutes per session, for optimal results.
How long should I freeze the Ice Globes before use? Place the Ice Globes in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. You can leave them in the freezer permanently.
Can Gua Sha be used on all skin types? Yes, the rose quartz Gua Sha is suitable for all skin types. For very sensitive skin, make very gentle movements and apply your serum or oil well before use.
When will I see results? Some effects are visible from the first use — especially with Ice Globes. For the LED mask and Gua Sha, significant results are visible after 14 days of regular use.
🛒 ORDER
Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation. Beyond that, the order is already being prepared. Contact us quickly at contact@iveaparis.com.
I forgot to apply my promo code, what should I do? Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a promo code after the order has been confirmed. Your code will be valid for your next order.
